Patricia Mendez Biography

Patricia is the author of Easy Entertaining for Beginners, award winner of 2009 Mom's Choice Award and finalist in the 2008 National Best Books Awards. She teaches Easy Entertaining for Beginners cooking classes and has catered and coordinated special events since the early 1990’s in the Los Angeles area.

She is a public speaker and also writes articles for print magazines and internet sites. And when she is not writing or teaching, she is a home chef who loves to throw fun parties!
